What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you give us:

• Your first and last name, phone number and email address.
• Your answers about your business, such as whether you advertise, your monthly ad spend and leads, the services and areas you want to target, what a customer is worth to you and how many enquiries become customers.

What we collect automatically

When you visit, we and our advertising and analytics partners also collect:

• The pages you view, the site that referred you, and your device and browser type.
• Your IP address and approximate location.
• Advertising click IDs and campaign tags in the page address, so we know which ad or search brought you here.
• Cookies and similar technologies from our advertising and analytics providers.

Why we collect it

• To contact you about your enquiry, by phone, SMS or email.
• To prepare an estimate for your area or a review of your current advertising, and to talk it through with you.
• To measure which advertising works, and to improve our ads and this website.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and contact you, and only for those purposes:

• Website hosting and secure data storage providers.
• Customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging systems, which we use to record enquiries and contact you.
• Advertising and analytics providers, which help us measure and improve our advertising.

Overseas disclosure

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect personal information, but overseas laws may differ from Australian law.

Advertising and cookies

We use online advertising platforms to show our ads and measure the enquiries they bring. You can turn off personalised ads in the ad settings of your Google or Microsoft account, and block or delete cookies in your browser. The site still works if you do.

Marketing messages

By submitting a form, you agree we can contact you by phone, SMS and email about your enquiry. Every SMS and email gives you a way to opt out, and you can also ask us to stop at any time using the contact details below.

How we protect it

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiries is limited to people who need it to respond to you. We keep personal information only as long as we need it to respond to you, for our business records, or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a complaint about how we have handled it, by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
